Jim was one of my husband Rick Hall's best friend,Jim was also his boss for about 10 yrs.
Jim graduated High School & served in the Army in Germany. He was the Owner/ Operator of Wallischeck's Excavating. in our town.
He was a member of the Catholic Church & local clubs including the American Legion Post.
Jim was a fun loving, happy guy he wasn't a drinker or smoker he just got high on life, He was also a very hard worker.
You couldn't ask for a better friend or boss, Jim would do just about anything for anyone. He treated his employees real well. Amoung other things, He'd take them all out to lunch quite often.
Jim helped my husband & I out several times when we were in a bind, or needed something.
Everyone was sadened & in shock by his sudden, untimely death.
I know my husband was terribly hurt & devestated. Jim's been gone now 11yrs.
My husband & I use to live in the country & would pass the cemetary every day when we came to town the back way.
Yet still,up until my husband's death in April, my husband Rick would usually pull in the cemetary. He'd say, 'I need to "visit" with Jim", & he'd get out of the car & stand there for about 15 minutes & we'd leave.
Jim was a good husband, father, brother, Son, uncle , nephew & friend.
He left behind his wife,Parents, a son, 3 daughters, a brother, 3 sisters, several nieces & nephews, aunts & uncles and friends.He has been sadly missed by everyone.
RIP Jim, Rick is with you now , you two can "visit "all the time!
